Cons: Wir hatten all inclusive über booking.com gebucht - 500 € pro Nacht!!!!!! im Hotel - und NICHT all inclusive bekommen / sogar der Kaffee im Zimmer sollte 3,50 € pro cup extra kosten - Preis Leistung schlecht - da erwarte ich besseres von einem 5*Hotel zumal wir privat und nicht als Pauschalreise gebucht haben

Es war sehr Erholsam und toll
Pros: Es war eine sehr saubere und ordentliche Anlage. Wunderschöne Pools und ein hoteleigener Strand. Das Essen war sehr lecker und es gab wirklich eine gute Auswahl, sowie auch an der Bar.
Cons: Die Lage ist etwas sehr weiter außerhalb. Aber das ist Perfekt falls man nicht vor hat irgendwelche Aktivitäten zu machen bzw. Kein Problem hat eine längere Fahrt auf sich zu nehmen.

Not worth the price - there are better options in Soma Bay.
Cons: This was our fourth stay at this hotel and unfortunately we won't be returning after we've seen the quality gradually diminish and the price increase. While the hotel design and grounds have a lovely, fresh, open feel, there were too many negatives for us on this trip. The room amenities have been devalued, with a nespresso machine provided but they now charge for the pods (never come across this in a five star hotel before, especially one that is "all inclusive"), hair conditioner is no longer provided in the bathroom - only a poor quality combined shampoo/conditioner, the food quality was average with both of us becoming ill on our last day from something we ate there, plus the beach and pool areas are a mess by lunch time with dirty towels covering the majority of sunbeds with no one cleaning them up. This hotel no longer has the five star quality it used to have.

Cons: كنا قد حجزنا كل شيء مدفوع الثمن عبر booking.com - 500 يورو لليلة الواحدة!!!!!! في الفندق - ولم نحصل على كل شيء مدفوع الثمن / حتى القهوة في الغرفة كانت تكلف 3.50 يورو للكوب إضافيًا - السعر لا يتناسب مع الجودة - أتوقع شيئًا أفضل من فندق 5 نجوم خاصة أننا حجزنا كفرد وليس كرحلة سياحية
