What this service is

Voorla is a hotel booking platform that offers prices directly: the price you see for each hotel is the price you book through Voorla, with hotels ranked cheapest first.

We are not a hotel or a party to the stay contract on its behalf. We show you the price and availability and enable booking through Voorla — the booking is completed with a confirmation issued under the Voorla brand via a global booking provider.

Prices and bookings

We do not control prices or availability; those are set by the global booking provider and the hotels. Booking and cancellation terms are shown to you in full before payment.

When you pick a deal, booking and payment happen through Voorla, governed by the booking terms visible at checkout. A dispute about a booking is raised by us with the booking provider on your behalf.

Accuracy of information

We aim to show accurate, up-to-date information, but prices and availability change quickly and are determined by the booking provider and the hotel. The final price is always confirmed before payment is completed. See our Price Disclaimer.

Acceptable use

Use the site for lawful, personal purposes only. Do not attempt to harm the site, scrape its data automatically, or misuse it in any way.

Intellectual property

The Voorla name, logo, site design, and original content belong to us. Hotel brand names belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for booking decisions, prices, or services provided by hotels and the booking provider.
