About Voorla
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Voorla is a hotel booking platform built for Arab travellers. We show each hotel's own live price, and every booking through Voorla is completed and confirmed under the Voorla brand via a global booking provider. Your card never touches us — payment runs through an encrypted gateway.
Who we are
Voorla is a hotel booking service launched in 2026 at voorla.com. English is our source content language and Arabic is a first-class language in the interface and the editorial process; we add further languages when there is real demand for them.
Our geographic focus is the Middle East and destinations of importance to Muslim travellers — above all Makkah and Madinah, where distance from the Haram is the fact that decides the booking.
How we work
Each hotel page is built from licensed content data (name, description, amenities, photos, coordinates), then reviewed by a human before it is published.
Prices are a different matter entirely: we never store them. They are fetched live from the global booking provider at the moment you search, because hotel prices change by the hour — and a stored price is a false price.
Honest all-inclusive pricing
We show the all-inclusive price as far as the booking provider exposes it — not a small headline number with taxes and fees appearing later at checkout.
Ranking is always cheapest first. We do not sell placement. The revenue model is set out in full on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
Distance is measured, not described
"Close to the Haram" is not information. We state the distance from the main landmark numerically on every hotel page, because the difference between 300 metres and 1.5 kilometres is the difference between walking and needing transport on a hot day.
Real Arabic
Our Arabic content is written and reviewed to read as Arabic, not dumped out of an English source by a machine. Machine translation here proposes a draft; people review it before anything is published.
What we are not
We are not a travel agency. For bookings through Voorla, the booking is completed under our brand via a global booking provider and we issue the confirmation — and your card details never reach us at all, because payment runs through an encrypted gateway inside your browser. Prices and availability are determined by the booking provider and the hotel, and the cancellation policy and booking terms shown to you before payment are the ones that apply.
Contact and corrections
Found something wrong on a hotel page — a distance, an amenity, a description that is out of date? Tell us and we will correct it. For content, corrections or partnership enquiries, use the contact details published on this site.
