Superbe complexe, accueil chaleureux et cadre magnifique

Pros: Un séjour fantastique du début à la fin ! Nous avons eu la bonne surprise de recevoir un surclassement dès notre arrivée dans une superbe chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer. L’hôtel est immense, parfaitement entretenu et propose un très beau choix de piscines à thème (détente, jeux aquatiques, espace enfants...). La chambre était moderne, particulièrement propre et confortable. Très bonne connexion Wi-Fi disponible dans tout l'établissement. Côté activités, la plage au pied de l'hôtel est idéale pour faire du snorkeling et admirer la vie marine. Enfin, un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel, d'une gentillesse et d'une serviabilité exemplaires tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Cons: La restauration mériterait un peu plus de variété sur les longs séjours et les plats étaient parfois un peu trop salés à mon goût. La communication en français restent très limités, ce qui donne l'impression que la clientèle francophone est un peu oubliée. Les animations en soirée étaient très occidentales. J'aurais aimé voir davantage de spectacles égyptiens.

Pros: I appreciated the employees’ dedication and their efforts to ensure the guests’ happiness and satisfaction. The hotel also offers a variety of enjoyable and diverse entertainment programs and activities, which are generally well organized and provide good options for guests.

Cons: As for the aspects I did not like, the food options were repetitive, and the hotel is in need of some renovation and maintenance. The maintenance team had to be called to address an issue with water leaking from the air-conditioning unit, as well as unpleasant odors coming from the sewage system. These issues should be addressed to ensure guests’ comfort and improve the overall quality of their stay.

Pros: I had a great room overlooking/next to the beach. Well maintained gardens and good housekeeping, clean room, friendly cleaner

Cons: Some of the main building, stairs are a bit shabby. Sometimes there weren’t enough tea cups or glasses at mealtimes, cheap paper ones were put out instead ☹️ Staff in dining room and reception could of been a bit friendlier and smile I lay on the beach for 3 days and only once did I see a waiter who asked if I wanted a drink Reception forgot to call security with Taxi info causing an inconvenience as Taxi had to wait and had to ask them again to make the call

A great stay overall, and I will definitely come back. I hope these small improvements make the experience even better.

Pros: As a repeater guest, I was happy to be back. The hotel kindly upgraded my room to Pool & Sea View, which was a wonderful gesture. The reception team was friendly and helpful, the animation team was fantastic, and a special thanks to Younis for his energy and kindness. The buffet food was of good quality, and overall I had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons: Guests should be informed about the dinner dress code before arrival through Booking or email. The buffet could offer more variety, and both the Italian and seafood à la carte restaurants did not meet my expectations. The service quality needs more staff training, especially compared to Cleopatra Sharm. Dinner ends a bit early at 9:30 PM, and all pools close at 6:30 PM despite sunset being much later. Also, there were not enough sun loungers around the pools, and by around 11:00 AM it was often impossible to find an available one.
