JAZ Makadi Oasis Resort

A wonderfull experience that i will do it again .

Pros: The staff are professional, polite, and always proactive in offering assistance. The place is also clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to Ibrahim Saber, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived until our very last day. He was always keen on fulfilling our requests, very professional and genuine care for us.

Cons: I think the buffet could benefit from more variety and a daily rotation of dishes. Some items served at breakfast and dinner appear again the following day, so introducing new options each day would make the dining experience more enjoyable.

Pros: We had an excellent experience at Jaz Makadi Oasis from start to finish. What stood out most was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful, always doing their best to make our stay enjoyable. The food was brilliant. There was an impressive variety at every meal, with plenty of choices for different tastes, and the quality remained consistently excellent throughout our stay. The beach and pool experience was fantastic, and there was always something to enjoy during the day. In the evenings, the hotel offered great shows and entertainment every night, which made each day feel complete. One of the best compliments we can give is that we did not feel the need to leave the resort for a single day. Everything we wanted was there. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, but what makes Jaz Makadi Oasis particularly memorable is its distinctive character and atmosphere. It does not feel like a generic resort; it has its own charm and identity.

Pros: الموظفون محترفون ومهذبون ودائمًا يبادرون بتقديم المساعدة. المكان نظيف أيضًا ومُحافظ عليه بشكل جيد. شكرًا خاصًا لإبراهيم صابر، الذي تجاوز التوقعات منذ لحظة وصولنا حتى آخر يوم لنا. كان دائمًا حريصًا على تلبية طلباتنا، ويتمتع بمهنية عالية ورعاية حقيقية لنا.

Cons: أعتقد أن البوفيه يمكن أن يستفيد من المزيد من التنوع والتبديل اليومي للأطباق. يبدو أن بعض العناصر التي تُقدم في الإفطار والعشاء تظهر مرة أخرى في اليوم التالي، لذا سيجعل إدخال خيارات جديدة يوميًا تجربة تناول الطعام أكثر متعة.
