Best ever

Pros: I had an absolutely amazing experience at JAZ Makadi Spa! The entire resort was wonderful, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the suite was absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Mina, who was exceptionally helpful and made our experience even more special. I would also like to give a huge thank you to the gentleman who cleaned our room. He was extremely kind, attentive, and cooperative, and his efforts truly made a difference. Honestly, I don’t think I will ever spend a honeymoon as beautiful as this one again. These were the best five days of our lives, both for me and my wife. We will always remember this beautiful experience and the wonderful memories we made at JAZ Makadi Spa. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so magical and unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

Pros: We had a really nice and enjoyable holiday at Jaz Makadi Star Spa with my family. To be honest, we had read some good reviews about the hotel before coming, but we still tried not to have too many expectations. Once we arrived, though, we realized from the very first day that we had made the right choice. From the moment we checked in, we really liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone was always willing to help and made us feel comfortable. I especially want to say a big thank you to Assistant Manager Mina. Her kindness, friendly attitude, and willingness to help throughout our stay really meant a lot to us. Whenever we needed something or had a question, she was always there to help and find a solution. Having someone so caring and welcoming really makes you feel like a special guest. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The daily cleaning, fresh towels, and overall condition of the room were more than enough for us. We didn’t have any problems with our room during our stay. We were also very happy with the food in general. There were different options every day, and we especially enjoyed the variety at dinner. I also want to give a special thank you to Chef Khalid. You could really notice the care that went into the food and the kitchen. We especially enjoyed some of the dishes, and honestly, we still remember the taste of them. Thank you to him and the whole kitchen team for all their hard work. A special thank you to our waiter Gamal as well. He was always friendly and attentive, and his service made our meals even more enjoyable. The spa was also one of the nicest parts of our holiday. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. We used the spa services a few times and were happy every time. It was a great way to relax and get rid of the tiredness from the holiday. We also really liked that the hotel was generally quiet and peaceful.

Merveilleuse

Pros: Nous avons passons un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, la nourriture est très bonne et le spa est de qualité ! L'accès direct à la plage est également un gros plus avec un récif corallien à proximité et des dizaines de poissons magnifiques à observer ! Merci à Mina et à l'ensemble des équipes pour ce super séjour !

Pros: Hôtel fabuleux avec belle piscine, hôtes conviviaux, chambres grandes et propres et des activités à faire à l’intérieur même de l’hôtel !

Cons: La chaleur dans la salle à manger est étouffante et rend les repas presque invivables, c’est dommage pour un all inclusive..

Unutulmaz bir deneyim

Pros: Konum olarak şehrin merkezine biraz uzak fakat çalışanları, yemekleri, hizmeti her şey çok güzeldi. Bir kez daha yolumuz buraya düşerse kesinlikle bu oteli seçeriz. Çalışanları aşırı güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olma odaklıydı. Sayelerinde tatilimiz çok keyifli ve güzel geçti. Odaların büyüklüğü çok iyi ve çok çok temizdi. Yemekleri de oldukça lezzetliydi. Her öğün mutlaka kendinize yiyebilecek bir şeyler bulabiliyorsunuz çünkü çok çeşitliydi.

Great stay!

Pros: I wanna thank for lovely vacation to all the staff here, but specially: Saif from animation team - really nice guy to talk and funny also, next: Ahmed from the pool bar - always smiling, kind and his service was exceptional (i didnt even finish my soda yet and he was there with another - much thanks) Next Mahrous from hotel restaurant - very kind and his service was quite exceptional, we came to eat and in a second we had drink on the table, while the restaurant was fully crowded. Thank you

Everything was perfect

Pros: Everything was perfect, the room was very clean and there was a vast variety of food. The reception was very helpful and the animation team was very fun and on top of everything and a special thanks to Saif from the animation team, he made our stay exceptional.
