Pros: Place was comfy, beach was amazing, sandy beach very suitable for children. The restaurant manager Mr.Ahmed Mahmoud is very friendly and helpful man who always make sure that nothing else is needed and he is very good with kids. Bar staff are very polite and helpful. Animation was good. Food tastes good as well but need to have more varieties.

Pros: The hotel is approx. 30 mins away from the Hurghada airport, in a safe, semi-gated-area. Our stay was during new years eve and the hotel was good crowded but not overloaded. We stayed for 6 nights. The stuff is really helpful and polite, they speak some German, Russian, Englisch and are familiar with European people. The hotel itself seems like some years old, brokes floor tiles, yellowed switches and doors could be renovated. The buffet was rich and diverse, overall with good quality and some variety. Drinks within the All-Inclusive-formula were available nearly all time in various places. We had a room in the second floor with partial sea-view which was amazing! The beach is not more then 3 mins. walk away. The next pool 2 mins. We also used the gym and the spa, both comfortable but maybe also some modernization is needed. Everything was very clean and safe, the bed was solid and the room with lots of space.
