I am a guest in this hotel since 2016 and will always be my favorite destination

Pros: Everything from checking in to check out the care the feeling like home all my good memories was in this place

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel is beautifully located, offering a peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms, and a great variety of delicious food. Every detail was well taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The animation team was also fantastic and added so much energy and fun to our vacation. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional guest care—someone from the management team checked in on us every single day to ask about our feedback on the room quality, food, and overall experience. The level of attention and hospitality paid to guests is truly outstanding and went above and beyond our expectations. A special thank you goes to Mr. Sayed El-Zeiny for his outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I will definitely be returning in the future.
