Very nice hotel and amazing staff and food. We really enjoyed the stay

Pros: Perfect hotel, amazing staff, clean room, reception staff are very welcoming, guest relation lady is amazing and friendly. Chief of seafood restaurant “Ahmed Darwish” is very supportive and friendly. Food is amazing.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like, it is perfect

Pros: Thank you Jazz Crystal for the amazing stay, you made our final trip to Sahel better than all the trips this year From preparing the trip, and receiving the call from Mariam in “Guest Relations” to make sure all our needs will be prepared, to the amazing welcome, the beautiful hospitality, and the staff that was very friendly in all the steps Great breakfast, access to the best beach in the world, golf cars ready to take us anywhere around Almaza, and again, Mariam, checking on us and making sure we are happy all along our stay It won’t be our last for sure, thank you for the great trip

Amazing stay!

Pros: The room, the beach and the atmosphere.

Cons: The dinner. Also a piece of advice, that the hotel needs to promote the Egyptian culture. The hotel seemed like an hotel in Italy not to mention that the Italians themselves would like to be immersed in the country’s culture they travel to rather than feeling at home.
