Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service from the staff, but the food, beach facilities
Pros: -Big thank to Mr. Mahmoud the duty manager for his professionalism, cooperation, and continuous support, He was very helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. -Room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent facilities
Cons: -Food was disappointing, both in terms of quality and variety -Beach facilities and cafeteria were very poor, with inadequate equipment and services for a 5-star hotel -Sharp stone hidden in the sand that caused an injury -Beach bathroom facilities were also below the expected 5-star standard.
