Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort

First time and it not be the last

Pros: The food is amazing, staff r helpful and professional, the property is amazing and beautiful and clean

Pros: Was nice stay The team has provided great service specially the lady Sharyfa

Pros: hotel super outdated. Staff is not caring or accommodating. Place is a money trap. Will not stay again.

Comfortable stay but could have better service

Pros: I stayed at the hotel for a night and had a good night's rest. The hotel markets itself as a 5* hotel but I would rate it as closer to a 3-4* hotel. The room is big and comfortable but it is starting to show its age. The check in process however could be improved. There was a lot of confusion with the front desk staff which resulted in a delay to my check in. 1. I booked a rate with breakfast however at check in the staff claimed that my room has no breakfast. I had to show them proof of my booking before they checked their system and extended breakfast to me. This was regrettable. The breakfast however was decent 2. I had paid for an extra bed in the room. However this was not set up and only set up after I had arrived. The service could be improved

Home away from home

Pros: A very memorable short holiday with the family. The stay was very enjoyable especially among a very professional and friendly staff. After a full day of water sports, we would chill and the enjoy alive BBQ dinner with the belly dance show. We loved it!! Special thanks to Mr. Sadeq!!

Amazing stay

We also enjoyed our breakfast there was a very nice variety of different foods and the service was honestly amazing especially Sharifa was very kind welcoming and caring during our breakfast she served us a very delicious and tasty omelette and overall very friendly.
