− كانت تجربتي في هذا الفندق غير مرضية، ولم تكن بالمستوى الذي كنت أتوقعه من فندق مصنف ضمن فئة الخمس نجوم. عند وصولي، تأخر تسليم الغرفة لأكثر من ساعة دون أن أتلقى توضيحًا مناسبًا عن سبب التأخير. وبعد استلام الغرفة، لم يتم تقديم أي ترقية (Upgrade) أو أي معالجة مناسبة للتأخير، رغم أنني كنت أتوقع مستوى أعلى من الخدمة والتعامل مع الضيف. أما عند المغادرة، فقد قمت بتسليم الغرفة للموظفة قبل الساعة الثانية ظهرًا، وأوضحت لها أنني متوجه إلى المطار. وبعد مغادرتي، تلقيت اتصالًا منها وبنبرة مرتفعة تفيد بأن الغرفة لم يتم تسليمها. أوضحت لها أن بطاقة الغرفة موجودة على مكتبها، وبعد التحقق تبين بالفعل أن البطاقة كانت موجودة لديها وقامت بعدها بانهاء المكالمة . أرى أن هذا الموقف يعكس وجود قصور في إجراءات التواصل والتنسيق الداخلي، وكان من الممكن تجنب هذا الموقف بسهولة من خلال التحقق من المعلومات قبل التواصل مع الضيف. بناءً على ما سبق، فإن تجربتي الشخصية كانت مخيبة للآمال، خصوصًا فيما يتعلق بسرعة إجراءات تسجيل الدخول، والتعامل مع طلبات الضيوف، والتنسيق عند المغادرة. كنت أتوقع مستوى أعلى من الاحترافية والتنظيم بما يتناسب مع تصنيف الفندق.
