This is last time for me in that old hotel
Pros: Am an IHG member and more than 12 years going there it was the worst stay ever, no welcome fruit as I used for, AC was noisy and bad, towels are very old, my stay was half bourd but the dennir was open with limited types of food all days on the other hands thanks so much for Hotel food manager who solved it on the next day exceptional after my complaint

Pros: I've visited Intercontinental Al Jubail many times as each visit is always pleasant. I'm always welcomed back like as old friend. Everyone is friendly and always happy to help.

Pros: I stayed at this property multiple times. It really dropped in quality and service. Also, profiling of customers and what rooms and welcome stuff (fruit plate or cookies l, etc) to give them is evident. I cannot tolerate this and will no longer stay at this property

Pros: Internet langsam, Frühstück überteuert mit 42 Euro. Service gut, insgesamt sehr teuer ab liegt lokal in der Area. Es gibt günstige Alternativen in dem Bereich, Fahrservice exzellent. Umweltschutz nicht vorhanden. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Plastik ohne Ende, trotz Hinweis des Kunden. Jeden Tag neues Duschgel, altes war nicht leer. Kann man verbessern mit Bettkarte und weniger Plastik.
