The Grand Resort

It was a nice place to stay for two days but the food it was not the best they can try to make better drinks and food so

Pros: The outside, the pools and tours

Cons: The smell, the drinks, the elevador

Very good

Pros: The location, cleanliness Value for money and the staff was good

Cons: The food wasn’t the best. It was various but the taste wasn’t the best

Pros: Whenever I check in I will go directly to the public toilets, I found it very clean and tidy, second the rooms are ok ,welcome drink are present, house keeping is wonderfully, always you find your room clean and organized, public areas and restaurants are amazing ,good variety of food ,cuisine types are changing each day,the beach area is ok, around swimming pool is great always you find assistance. At the end I would like to have a special thanks to Mr Ahmed Askar and Mr Bahaa Atef at front desk,Mr Khaled at the cashier area. OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT STAY .

Cons: Internet coverage is little bit weak,
