السلبيات: Le service était rarement à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles et le restaurant ilalien ne répond pas au standing d'un tel hôtel, ni le service, ni la nourriture ni le décor. Un exemple: mon fils a commandé un calcio e pepe, on lui a servi un poisson "catch of the day"! La nourriture était globalement pas non plus à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles, le choix était par contre très grand. Pour le petit déjeuner il manque une poubelle de table.

الإيجابيات: U Sheraton Soma Bay se vraćam svake godine, to mi je omiljeni hotel, uvek se osećam odlično, kao kod kuće..Savršeno čisto, usluga odlična, atmosfera veoma prijatna, prelepo okruženje, divna energija, fenomenalna plaža, ljubazno osoblje, uvek raspoloženo da bude pri ruci za sve....Renoviran hotel potpuno, sada u modernijem stilu, ali sa istim šarmom. Sve preporuke.

Amazing first visit to Egypt, first time snorkelling the incredible reef we are hooked. The sheraton was stunning

The staff was incredibly patient and adaptable. They were understanding of our flight/ check out.

الإيجابيات: I wasn’t happy, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience — I will never go back to this hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The main reasons: first, the slow response from staff. I had booked a room, but unfortunately I was given a villa at the far end of the resort, so I had to walk quite a distance to get anywhere — the restaurant, the pool, or the beach. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, and the lighting in the area wasn’t fully functional either. I had my children with me, so honestly it felt like a horror movie. It was a disappointing experience that I don’t want repeated. I’m surprised this is a Sheraton — the amount I paid didn’t match the service I received. That said, there were some positives I can’t deny, but overall it was still a bad experience.
