Comfortable stay but could have better service

الإيجابيات: I stayed at the hotel for a night and had a good night's rest. The hotel markets itself as a 5* hotel but I would rate it as closer to a 3-4* hotel. The room is big and comfortable but it is starting to show its age. The check in process however could be improved. There was a lot of confusion with the front desk staff which resulted in a delay to my check in. 1. I booked a rate with breakfast however at check in the staff claimed that my room has no breakfast. I had to show them proof of my booking before they checked their system and extended breakfast to me. This was regrettable. The breakfast however was decent 2. I had paid for an extra bed in the room. However this was not set up and only set up after I had arrived. The service could be improved

Home away from home

الإيجابيات: A very memorable short holiday with the family. The stay was very enjoyable especially among a very professional and friendly staff. After a full day of water sports, we would chill and the enjoy alive BBQ dinner with the belly dance show. We loved it!! Special thanks to Mr. Sadeq!!
