Reasonably priced, lively hotel.

الإيجابيات: I have stayed at Bellagio every year with my friends for many years. All staff especially the Manager, Mina, Wageh on reception, Khaled in the Rose restaurant and other staff in the Chinese, Lebanese, domestics, bar and beach staff are all welcoming, professional and happy. I was allocated a top floor sea view room which was very spacious, cleaned well but some of the furnishings require some attention. The live singers, harp player, violin player are excellent and the animation team do really well with entertaining both children and adults. There was also a fire show, Diva show and Brazilian show. There are always sunbeds and towels available at the pools and on the beach. Security staff are very serious and ensure that when you leave the Hotel they check your room number, taxi driver details and where you are going.

السلبيات: Unfortunately the food at the Rose restaurant has deteriorated in that on 2 occasions we were served food which was stone cold. Give the Manager his due he apologised and this and another issue was quickly rectified. By way of apology we were also offered any restaurant of our choice for that and any other evening. The other issue relates to the gym which used to be very good and now has scanty, broken and outdated equipment. For me both the food and the gym are essential requirements therefore sadly I fear that neither myself or my friends will return here.

Amazing vacation

الإيجابيات: Amazing vacation in this resort, the sea area is big , the food is delicious and available all the day, the animation team make a great job, every day they make a night show, i loved the electronic dance show, all the stuff are friendly and helpful, many thanks to Mr Mina Attia ( Guest Relations Manager) for care of us from checkin to checkout.

Very nice place to take a vocation.

Opholdt i forhold til værelset var rigtig godt altid ren og stor men resten af opholdt var dårligt

الإيجابيات: Maden er så elendigt og morgen maden var det samme hele tiden noget af maden var gammelt fra dagen føre jeg havde betalt All inclusiv men spiste altid ude på restauranter og har klaget så meget til personalet men desværre uden held så vi valgte at spise ude hele ferien så kan på ingen måder anbefales

الإيجابيات: Tesis temiz,herşeyleri kaliteli,ilgililer,animasyonları çok iyi .Havuzları yeterli.Deniz baya sığ 1 km gidiyorsun anca omuzuna su geliyor.7gece 8 gün kaldık.Silver vip misafir olarak havuzlu oda da ağırladılar.Dönerken öğlen yeöeği için yanımıza lunch box hazırlayıp verdiler.Her konuda yardımcı oldular.Mina,Seif hepsine teşekkürler.

السلبيات: Türk olarak yemekler çok bize hitap etmedi.Gerçi ben değişik tatlar sevdiğim için herşeyin tadına baktım .Ama eşim pizza patates harici pek birşey yemedi.

الإيجابيات: I loved everything about our stay! It was such a lovely and special vacation, and a very special thanks to Mina & Seif for the warm welcome and hospitality. I had originally booked a deluxe sea-view room, but upon arrival, they kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room with a jacuzzi and sea view. The room was lovely, spacious, and very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was good with a nice variety of options, and the quality and taste at the à la carte Chinese restaurant were absolutely perfect. The chefs at the main restaurant were also very flexible and happy to accommodate any special requests or additions for my daughter, which I really appreciated. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. What I loved most about this resort is that every member of our family was able to find something that matched their interests. There are lovely and exciting aqua parks suitable for different age groups, a well-equipped gym, interesting daily activities organized by the animation team, and a beautiful, clean beach. This was my first time staying at this resort, but it definitely won’t be my last. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would be very happy to come back again! ❤️
